NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS POLICY**

At Business4Her®, Kingdom Apparel®, and On The Run®, every item is created with purpose, intention, and bold faith-driven expression. Due to the nature of our apparel—especially hats—all sales are final.

🚫 We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This policy applies to:

• All hats and headwear
   
• Apparel and accessories
   
• Limited-edition and exclusive drops
   
• Sale and promotional items
   

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

For hygiene, safety, and brand integrity reasons, headwear cannot be restocked or resold once it leaves our facility. This is a standard policy across premium hat and apparel brands.

We will ONLY replace an item if:

• You received the wrong item, or
   
• Your item arrived damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping error
   

To qualify for a replacement:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
   
• You must provide clear photos of the issue
   
• Approved replacements are issued at our discretion
